        An Essential Member of Your Community's Team

In Fiscal Management - I oversee the financial aspect of the community; create an annual operating budget, track assessment income and expenses for the Board of Directors and provide continuing financial reports.

In Facilities Management - Your Board is charged with preserving and enhancing the community property - I will oversee all maintenance issues and repairs to that property.

In Administrative Management - I will provide all support for the meetings necessary to the community.  This includes providing necessary packet information (agenda, committee reports, financial reports) for all board meetings as well as creating full reports for membership at the annual meeting.

A manager must be a coach, tactician, communicator and diplomat.  As your manager I must understand the principles of accounting, insurance, construction, your governing documents and federal and state law as pertains to common interest developments.

I have over ten years experience in managing condominiums and homeowner associations.  My designations of CMCA, Certified Manager of Community Associations, and AMS, Association Management Specialist have been earned by continuing education with the Community Association Institute.
